The Service

We provide a fully independent lead generation service, which is designed to enable you to quickly get in touch with multiple insurers or insurance brokers in order to receive quotes for your policy for various products. After the completion of a form on our website, your details will be passed on to our panel of regulated insurers/brokers. These companies will contact you via phone or email to confirm your details, and provide an insurance quote, and arrange the policy if necessary. Our service to you is free. We earn a set amount per lead which is sent to our panel of pre-approved providers.

We will not offer any insurance products for sale, nor offer advice at any stage during the process. We are only regulated to carry on the arrangement of non-investment insurance contracts by way of introducing, and this is the extent of the service we will provide. Once you have reviewed the products which are available, you will need to make your own choice on how to proceed.

On some pages we may display advertisement links to other websites, which may be of interest to you. We do not control the links which appear, and we do not provide advice or make recommendations. You should understand that we do not provide a direct comparison service, and that you should satisfy yourself as to the cost and quality of service that will be provided by any insurance provider with which you may enter an agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that all the details on which the agreement is based are correct and up-to-date at the time of purchase, and that any assumptions made by the insurer/broker are correct. Neither we, nor the insurance company will check the details you have entered, so it is crucial that you are sure of their accuracy so that the policy will be valid, and that any claims arising may be paid.

Should you purchase a policy from one of our insurance partners, it is important that you read and understand that partner's terms and conditions, which will be different from ours. You should read any documents issued to you to ensure that the level of cover, excesses, personal details, etc. are correct. Failure to notify your insurer/broker of any discrepancies may invalidate your policy.

We will seek to learn lessons as the result of any recurring complaints, and increase the level of service we provide as a result.

A summary of our internal process for dealing with complaints, which outlines how we will handle your complaint both promptly and fairly, is available on request. If you are still dissatisfied then you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

Should your complaint be against one of our panel members or affiliates, we will pass your complaint onto them and notify you that we have done so. We will also provide you with their contact details. The company will then reply to your complaint, in line with their own complaints procedure which is monitored by the Central Bank of Ireland.
